Bill has been a practicing attorney for over 30 years. A graduate of Western Michigan University and Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He has spent most of his life in the Kalamazoo area. His primary focus is estate, business, and real estate law. Bill has been a licensed real estate broker since 2006. He has been a member of the Michigan bar since 1986, a member of the Alabama bar since 2005. He holds memberships to the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and the Michigan Forum. His interests include scuba diving, backpacking, and the outdoors.
Richard J. Bosch "Rick"
Richard "Rick" Bosch has been a practicing attorney for over 28 years. A graduate of the University of Michigan and Stetson University College of Law, Rick has spent most of his life in the Kalamazoo, Michigan area. The son of a long time Kalamazoo area realtor, he naturally gravitated to real estate law, focusing in landlord/tenant matters, both residential and commercial transactions and small business real estate acquisitions. He served on the City of Kalamazoo Planning Commission for over three years and is currently serving his seventh year on the City of Portage Planning Commission. He has recently obtained his Real Estate Brokers license from the State of Michigan and is putting his legal expertise to good use in the real estate marketplace. His interests include golf, good books and computers.
William T. Liston "Travis"
Travis is a graduate of Gull Lake High School, Western Michigan University, with continued graduate work at Central Michigan University. He served with the 125 Infantry, Michigan Army National Guard for eight years following high school, with a year long tour of duty in Ramadi, Iraq. In his free time he loves to travel, get outside, and stay active as much as possible. Since 2006, he has been a licensed agent working in Kalamazoo, Calhoun, and Washtenaw counties providing quality client services.
Susan M. Liston "Sue"
For 25 years, Sue has held the tremendous privilege of guiding hundreds of students to meet their fullest potential in the world of education throughout Kalamazoo and Battle Creek school systems. In 2011, she retired from teaching and joined the team at the Liston Offices in the position as Client Services Coordinator. In her free time she loves to be outside, gardening, and running.
